Dear Colleagues!
2021 is a great year for the Siberian State Medical University. It is marked by several important dates in the history of the development of the higher pharmaceutical education and pharmaceutical science school in Siberia:
• 100th anniversary of the birth of an outstanding pharmacologist, Doctor of medical sciences, professor Albert S. Saratikov;
• 100th anniversary of the birth of a famous botanist and pharmacognosyst, Doctor of biological sciences, professor Tamara P. Berezovskaya;
• 80th anniversary of Pharmaceutical faculty;
• 75th anniversary of Stepan E. Dmitruk’s birth. Stepan Evgenievich, Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, professor, led the Pharmaceutical faculty of Siberian State Medical University for more than 30 years and made an invaluable contribution to the development of higher pharmaceutical education.
In honour of these anniversary dates, the International Scientific and Practical Conference " Drug Development – Traditions and Prospects" will be held on September 13-16, 2021 within the walls of the Siberian State Medical University. The conference is devoted to fundamental and applied research in the field of pharmacy and pharmacology.

Paper submission deadline: 1’st July 2021
To participate in the conference as a session speaker or a poster session presenter, you must register on the conference website and submit your paper before July 1’st, 2021.
The papers can be submitted in English and Russian (see example).
Conference paper structure:
• Title;
• List of authors (the name of the submitting author is marked with *);
• Organization name;
• e-mail of corresponding author;
• Key words (3-5);
• Paper text (up to 3 full pages)

Tables
Tables should be placed in the text. Number tables consecutively. Table titles should be brief but self-explanatory. Place the title above, not below, the table. The information in tables should not duplicate the information presented in the text. References to tables in the text are required.
The * symbol is used for a footnote. If data from another published or unpublished source is used, its name must be given in the text.
Figures
All figures (diagrams, photographs) must be numbered. The text should contain a link to the corresponding figure. Each figure must be accompanied by a caption without abbreviations. Intra-figure designations are signed with numbers or Latin letters. If the figures have already been published, it is necessary to indicate the original source, provide written permission for their reproduction from the holder of the publication rights. The resolution of drawings must be at least 300 dpi.
Poster Presentations Requirements
Poster size - A1 - 841 x 594 mm, book orientation. The structure of the poster is similar to the paper structure. The text should be readable from a distance of 1 m. Therefore, it is recommended to print the title of the poster at least 60 point size and the text - not less than 20 point size.
After registration on the website, papers must be sent to the organizing committee e-mail. Indicate the name of the conference session in the subject line, please. You will receive confirmation of the receipt of your paper to the e-mail address indicated during registration process. If you have not received such confirmation, please contact the organizing committee by e-mail: ddtp@ssmu.ru.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject applications that are not issued according to the rules and submitted after the deadline.
Selected reports will be recommended for publication in a special issue of the journal "Drug Development and Registration" https://www.pharmjournal.ru/jour
The scientific peer-reviewed journal "Drug Development and Registration" is an up-to-date free applied publication and information portal for specialists involved in the circulation of medicines.
